Return fees

• For returns without quality defects, the return costs are borne by the customer.

• In the event of warranty claims due to quality defects, we will cover all shipping costs.

*Please request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact us at hi@nipogi.com.

Deadline for return

Undamaged products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

However, please note that corporate purchases/bulk orders are non-refundable. If special circumstances apply, please contact us at hi@nipogi.com.

The refund process begins once the returned item is returned to the Nipogi warehouse for inspection.

Return conditions

All items must remain unused and in their original condition, including original packaging and all accessories.

For products that cannot be replaced due to a production stoppage or insufficient stock, the actual amount paid will be refunded pro rata depending on the duration of the purchase:
・Within 1 month to 6 months: 90%
・Within 7 to 12 months: 80%
・Within 13 to 18 months: 70%
・Within 19 to 24 months: 60%
・Within 25 to 36 months: 50%

Not included in the refund:

• Product lost or stolen

• Products out of warranty

• Products without quality issues (within 30 days of purchase)

• The products are provided free of charge

How can I return a product?

1. Please contact NiPoGi Customer Service to initiate a return. Please provide a reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

2. NiPoGi Support will contact you within 24 business hours with the appropriate return address.

3. To process your refund promptly, please be sure to send Nipogi a return notification with the following information:

• Courier name

• Tracking number

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will refund you as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original order. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days.

Where is my refund?

Refunds will be processed using the payment method you used for your original order.

1. Refunds via PayPal typically take up to 48 hours.

2. Refunds via credit card or bank account will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchange

For items purchased on nipogi.store, you have 30 days to return or exchange items of equal or lesser value. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning an item, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Returned items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a courier service that offers tracking and/or insurance.

⚠️Please note that we do not refund items that have been used for an extended period. We will not issue a replacement item until the original item has been received and verified to be correct. By placing an order through nipogi.store, you agree to our return policy.

If the return is for your own reasons, you are responsible for the shipping costs, which may vary depending on the courier company chosen. If the goods are damaged or defective due to our fault, you will not be responsible for any resulting shipping costs.

Please note that we at nipogi.store are not responsible for delivery failures due to the negligent behavior of our customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusing to provide a delivery confirmation and providing incorrect recipient information (e.g., order address, contact number, or recipient name). In this case, we cannot provide a refund. If you discover that your order details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@nipogi.com and provide your order number and the correct details.
