• The Fall Member Sales will be valid from September 29  to October 20, all customers who place orders on this website will receive an additional discount. Purchases made outside this period are not eligible for this offer.
• Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the requested order or the selected quantity. We suggest contacting us to reverse the incorrect order and placing a fresh order for your desired items on our website.
• Once the product has been shipped, the mode of transport cannot be changed.
• If customers want to cancel your order after placing it on nipogi.store, please contact the NIPOGI official store via email within 24 hours. Please note that we will not be able to process cancellations if the order has already been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable.
